Ives Spring hinges can be used with doors where self-closing is required. Maximum door weight 120 lbs, max door width 36" Maximum labeled door size - 3'0" wide x 7'0" x 1 3/4" thick as set in NFPA 80. Packed with fasteners for hollow metal and half metal / half wood applications. - Pin for setting spring tension - Adjusting wrench - Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.1 for performance standards - Meets ANSI/BHMA 156.7 for template hinge dimensions - UL listed for use with fire rated doors - Made from 1040 steel or 304 series stainless steel
